These are source files of the TOS kernel for IA-32.
You need the TALK (http://web.yl.is.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~tosh/talk/) assembler to build them.
You also need to modify variable TALKDIR in Makefile.

See "HOWTO_make_boot_floppies.txt" to build a floppy which is bootable from GRUB.
