My most favorite plays include Ravel's "Concerto for Piano and Orchestra in G major" by Zimerman/Boulez/Cleveland Orchestra and Stravinsky's "Three Movements from Petrushka" by Pollini. They embody the best union of technique and heart. (My opinion about technique and heart is: one cannot express his/her heart without technique; one cannot improve his/her technique without heart – so they are actually the same thing and it makes no sense to contrast them.)
